An abortion doctor is executed by an American pro-life terrorist; Mary Kane. An informant reveals that this is just the tip of the iceberg as Mary has 20 more bombs and plans on using them. To make matters worse she has started training more pro-life groups, within the UK.

Le MI-5 apprend, par l'un de ses informateurs, que 20 bombes ont été dispersées entre l'Irlande et le Royaume-Uni. Dans les minutes qui suivent, une voiture piégée explose, tuant sur le coup une doctoresse et blessant mortellement sa fille sur le trajet de l'école. Découvrant que la victime et son mari exercent tous deux dans un centre de planning familial, le MI-5 commence à envisager la possibilité d'un acte terroriste anti-avortement.
