NCIS dives into the competitive world of food trucks after finding a man frozen to death in the back of one.

In einem Lebensmitteltruck wird eine tiefgefrorene Leiche gefunden. Der Tote ist ein Navy Offizier, der seinem Cousin mit dessen Food Truck ausgeholfen hat. Um den Fall aufzuklären, taucht das Team der Navy CIS in die Welt der fahrenden Imbissbuden ab. Währenddessen muss sich das Team, und vor allem Gibbs, erst einmal daran gewöhnen, dass Jack in Afghanistan zurückgeblieben ist.
