Natalia Avelon (born Natalia Siwek; * March 29, 1980, in Wrocław, Poland) is a German-Polish actress and singer. Natalia Avelon moved to Germany with her family at the age of eight and grew up in Ettlingen. After graduating from high school, she initially worked as a fashion model and later studied theater studies in Munich. She gained her first on-camera experience starting in the late 1990s through commercials and the television series *Verbotene Liebe*. Further roles followed in various television productions, among others, as well as in the extended prologue of *Der Schuh des Manitu*. Avelon achieved her breakthrough as an actress in 2007 with the lead role of Uschi Obermaier in the biopic *Das wilde Leben*. For the film, she recorded a new interpretation of the song "Summer Wine" together with Ville Valo, which reached number two on the German singles charts. She later released her debut album, *Love Kills*, featuring collaborations with artists such as Bela B and Guy Chambers. In addition to her work as an actress and singer, Avelon is a member of the SWR3 LiveLyrix ensemble and has appeared in various entertainment programs, including *Das große Backen*. During the 2023/24 season, she also took the stage at the Theater am Dom in Cologne in the comedy *Weinprobe für Anfänger*.

Natalia Avelon zog im Alter von acht Jahren mit ihrer Familie nach Deutschland und wuchs in Ettlingen auf. Nach dem Abitur arbeitete sie zunächst als Fotomodell und studierte später Theaterwissenschaft in München. Erste Erfahrungen vor der Kamera sammelte sie ab Ende der 1990er-Jahre in Werbefilmen und der Fernsehserie Verbotene Liebe. Weitere Rollen folgten unter anderem in Fernsehproduktionen sowie im erweiterten Prolog von Der Schuh des Manitu. Ihren Durchbruch als Schauspielerin feierte Avelon 2007 mit der Hauptrolle der Uschi Obermaier im Biopic Das wilde Leben. Für den Film nahm sie gemeinsam mit Ville Valo eine Neuinterpretation des Songs Summer Wine auf, die Platz zwei der deutschen Singlecharts erreichte. Später veröffentlichte sie mit Love Kills (Liebe tötet) ihr Debütalbum, an dem unter anderem Bela B und Guy Chambers mitwirkten.
