Clifford Parker Robertson III (September 9, 1923 – September 10, 2011) was an American actor whose career in film and television spanned half a century. Robertson portrayed a young John F. Kennedy in the 1963 film PT 109, and won the 1968 Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in the film Charly. On television, he portrayed retired astronaut Buzz Aldrin in the 1976 adaptation of Aldrin's autobiographic Return to Earth, played a fictional character based on Director of Central Intelligence Richard Helms in the 1977 miniseries Washington: Behind Closed Doors, and portrayed Henry Ford in Ford: The Man and the Machine (1987). His last well-known film appearances were as Uncle Ben in the 2002–2007 Spider-Man film trilogy.

Cliff Robertson; eigentlich Clifford Parker Robertson III (* 9. September 1923 in Los Angeles, Kalifornien; † 10. September 2011 in Stony Brook, New York), war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Er begann seine Karriere als Filmschauspieler Mitte der 1950er Jahre. Als Darsteller für schwierige Charaktere wurde er oft in Hauptrollen besetzt, ohne jedoch je in die Riege der ganz großen Stars Hollywoods aufzusteigen. 1968 gewann er als bester Hauptdarsteller in der Daniel Keyes-Verfilmung Charly einen Oscar. Weitere Aufmerksamkeit konnte er mit der Rolle des CIA-Direktor William Martin in der TV-Serie Washington: Hinter verschlossenen Türen erreichen. Seine letzte Rolle war die des Onkel Ben in der Spider-Man-Trilogie.

Dopo gli esordi cinematografici in Picnic (1955), si fece conoscere dal grande pubblico interpretando John F. Kennedy nel film PT 109 – Posto di combattimento! (1963). Nel 1968 raggiunse uno dei momenti più importanti della sua carriera con I due mondi di Charly, nel quale interpretò un uomo sottoposto a un intervento sperimentale che ne accresce le capacità intellettive. Per questa interpretazione vinse l'Oscar come miglior attore nel 1969. L'anno precedente aveva inoltre ricevuto un Emmy per il film televisivo The Game. Negli anni successivi recitò in film come L'amaro sapore del potere (1964), La brigata del diavolo (1968), I tre giorni del Condor (1975) e Obsession – Complesso di colpa (1976). Lavorò anche dietro la macchina da presa, dirigendo film come J.W. Coop (1971) e The Pilot (1980). Per le nuove generazioni è ricordato soprattutto per il ruolo di zio Ben Parker nella trilogia di Spider-Man diretta da Sam Raimi, apparendo in Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) e Spider-Man 3 (2007). Cliff Robertson morì nel 2011, il giorno dopo aver compiuto 88 anni, lasciando un'importante eredità nel cinema e nella televisione statunitense.
