Leslie Pope (June 2, 1954–May 6, 2020) was an American set decorator who was nominated at the 76th Academy Awards for her work on the 2003 film Seabiscuit in the category of Best Art Direction. She shared her nomination with Jeannine Oppewall. Pope was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was an alumna of Antioch College, where she received a B.A. in biology. Leslie Ann Pope ist am 2. Juni 1954 in Bowling Grenn geboren. Sie begann ihre Karriere im Filmstab 1982 in der Außenrequisite bei der Musik-Komödie Splitz. 1984 arbeitete Pope erstmals als Szenenbildnerin, zu ihren frühen Filmen zählen Martin Scorseses Die Zeit nach Mitternacht und Alan Parkers Angel Heart. Ab Mitte der 2000er Jahre wirkte sie an mehreren Superheldenfilmen mit, darunter The Amazing Spider-Man, The Return of the First Avenger und Ant-Man. Sie hatte vor ihrem Tod am 6.
