Joseph Henry Tobin Jr. (born August 7, 1942), known professionally as Tobin Bell, is an American actor and producer. He has appeared in a number of television shows and films, but is most recognized for his role as John Kramer / Jigsaw in the Saw films franchise, which has earned him five award nominations and two wins. An American film and television character actor. After years of work doing stand-ins and background work on films, he got his first major acting job in Mississippi Burning (1988) and went on to star in made-for-television films and guest star in television shows throughout the 1990s. Bell is best known as the villain John "Jigsaw" Kramer of the Saw film series. He provided his voice in two video games based on the films, Saw and its sequel, Saw II: Flesh & Blood, in which he also provided his likeness.

Tobin Bell (* 7. August 1942 in Queens, New York City; eigentlich Joseph Henry Tobin) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Bell spielt oft die Rolle des Bösewichts und Serienmörders. Seine bekannteste Rolle ist wohl die des Serienmörders Jigsaw in den Saw-Filmen. Bell wurde bei den MTV Movie Awards 2006 für Saw II als „Bester Filmbösewicht“ nominiert. Weiter hatte er eine Rolle in der zweiten Staffel der Fernsehserie 24. Ferner hatte er Gastauftritte in verschiedenen Serien (z. B. Nikita) oder war in Filmen, wie beispielsweise Good Fellas – Drei Jahrzehnte in der Mafia von Martin Scorsese, Die Firma von Sydney Pollack mit Tom Cruise, In the Line of Fire – Die zweite Chance mit Clint Eastwood und Schneller als der Tod mit Sharon Stone, zu sehen. Seine nächsten Projekte werden Bump und Pray for Light sein. Seit 2016 hat er eine Nebenrolle in der Serie The Flash, in der er die Stimme des Bösewichts Savitar/Alchemy ist.
