Erin Richards (born 17 May 1986) is a Welsh actress and director. She is best known for playing detective Nancy Reid in the television series Being Human and Barbara Kean in the television series Gotham.

Erin Richards ist eine walisische Schauspielerin. Ihre Ausbildung absolvierte Erin Richards am Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Ihr Filmdebüt gab sie 2005 im Film Expiry Date. Nach weiteren Kurzfilmen folgte 2011 die Rolle der Nancy Reid in der britischen Fernsehserie Being Human. 2012 war sie Mitglied der Hauptbesetzung der zweiten Staffel der Fox-Serie Breaking In. Seitdem folgten Gastauftritte in Merlin – Die neuen Abenteuer, Misfits und Crossing Lines. Seit 2014 spielt sie die Barbara Kean in der Fernsehserie Gotham.
