House and his team have to act fast when a high school student is admitted with a mysterious and lethal poisoning, especially when they discover more teens have been diagnosed with the same deadly illness.

Der Highschool-Schüler Matt Davis wird mit rätselhaften Vergiftungssymptomen ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert. Der Junge kann zwar stabilisiert werden, doch die Suche nach der Ursache bleibt erst einmal erfolglos und die Versuche, Matt mit Gegengiften zu behandeln, führen zu heftigen Krampfanfällen. Dann wird ein weiterer Junge, Chi Ling, mit ganz ähnlichen Symptomen eingeliefert.
