Les détectives sont à la recherche d'un homme suspecté d'être à l'origine d'assassinats qui touche une minorité de la population. Les détectives orientent leur recherche vers un homme, qui agirait de la sorte pour venger les souffrances subit par son frère, militaire, pendant la première Guerre du Golfe.
