While working a kidnapping case, Andy and Swarek find themselves on the scene of a car accident. As Swarek and the rest of Division 15 pursue the kidnapper and missing child, Andy remains at the scene with a woman trapped in her car. A transgression involving Gail puts Chris at odds with Dov. Andy concludes that it's time to re-evaluate her life.

Andy visite des appartements pour acheter quelque chose assez rapidement. Traci tente de la persuader de coucher avec Sam mais elle refuse même d'envisager la chose. Boyd propose à Sam de retourner en sous-marin après qu'un ancien homme de main très efficace a repris du service après la mort de femme et de ses enfants. Un centre de loisirs a été braqué. Mais rapidement, la Division 15 découvre que le suspect a aussi enlevé l'un des enfants présents pour un anniversaire. Andy et Sam poursuivent le kidnappeur mais tombent sur un accident. La conductrice est grièvement blessée mais un incendie très important monopolise les secouristes. Quant à Dov et Gail, ils s'évitent. Mais Chris remarque vite que quelque chose cloche...
