Der skrupellose Geschäftsmann gilt als Pate der Londoner Gastronomie-Szene und hat seine Finger überall im Spiel. Zudem schleust er illegale Einwanderer ins Land, um sie dann für einen Hungerlohn bei sich zu beschäftigen. Benny Frazier hat nur einen einzigen schwachen Punkt - seinen Sohn Joey.

L'équipe d'arnaqueurs professionnels est de retour à Londres. Cependant, après leur séjour à Las Vegas, les artistes n'ont plus un sous en poche et doivent se remettre en piste sans tarder. Leur cible : un certain Benny Frazier. Ce propriétaire de pub se livre également à d'autres activités, parmi lesquelles l'immigration illégale. Albert parvient à se lier d'amitié avec Joy, le fils de Benny, espérant ainsi mettre un terme aux agissements de ce dernier.
