Two former inmates are released from jail. One is an undercover MI5 asset and the other is an impressionable wannabe suicide bomber who has been radicalised in prison. They are set to launch an attack somewhere in London, but our team must time it right and step in at the eleventh hour to prevent a massive loss of life.

A leur sortie de prison, deux anciens détenus sont désignés par un leader de la mouvance islamiste pour commettre un attentat sur le sol londonien. L'un deux, Ashur Mohali, entraîné pour devenir un martyr durant son séjour en cellule, accepte de collaborer secrètement avec le MI-5 pour stopper l'attaque. Il est chargé de transmettre aux agents des informations sur l'attentat. En échange, il veut obtenir la nationalité britannique pour sa fille. Mais cette dernière est kidnappée par les kamikazes. Pendant ce temps, Ruth et Harry s'emploient à réunir des preuves contre Jim Coaver, le numéro 2 de la CIA...
