A new series of strikes prompted by the unions has the team worried. And when news of a 'strike' by the army arise, Tom is sent undercover to investigate. Meanwhile Zoe takes charge back at the Grid, and is tasked with moving spent uranium cells across the country after rail strikes prevent it taking it's usual route. Will it get to Dover on time? Or will it fall into the wrong hands?

Les syndicats du pays déclenchent une grève qui paralyse le réseau ferroviaire et inquiète le MI-5. Tom, se faisant passer pour un employé, est envoyé parmi les grévistes, infiltrant les réunions syndicales pour tenter de savoir quelles sont leurs intentions. Il apprend que l'armée menace de se mettre en grève. Pendant ce temps, Zoe est chargée de superviser la sécurité d'un transfert d'uranium qui devait s'effectuer par train. En raison des grèves, il faut désormais transporter la cargaison par camion, ce qui multiplie les risques d'une éventuelle attaque terroriste ou d'un simple accident de la route...
