Eine männliche Leiche, der völlig unprofessionell Organe entwendet wurden, wird aufgefunden. Die Organe finden sich wenig später in einer Kühlbox vor der Notaufnahme eines Spitals wieder. Als es im Krankenhaus zu zwei weiteren Morden kommt, führt die Spur Dana Scully und Fox Mulder zu einer Sekte, die ewige Jugend erreichen will.

Alors qu'ils enquêtent sur un trafic d'organes humains dans New York, Mulder et Scully sont confrontés à un culte organisant des rituels macabres.

Indagando su un traffico d'organi, Mulder & Scully si imbattono in una setta al cui comando c'è Barbara Beaumont, attrice di 85 anni che però ne dimostra 30. L'attrice si mantiene giovane bevendo sangue e mangiando organi che, gli adepti della sua setta, gli offrono. A questo si aggiunge un parente di una adepta che cerca vendetta per il rapimento della sorella.
