Harm, Mac, and Bud investigate claims of sexual harassment aboard an aircraft carrier. Mac's boyfriend, Dalton Lowne, is the defendant's attorney, and Mac is shocked when she discovers that he has been copying information from her files. In order to solve the case, and combat Lowne's dirty tricks, Harm enlists the aid of Congresswoman Bobbi Latham. Justice is served, though many people's lives are changes as the result of Lowne's tactics.

Officer Douglas ist Lotsin an Bord der „Seahawk“ und verantwortlich für die Treibstoffvergabe an die Jets. Bei einem Einsatz geht durch Fehlberechnung der Treibstoffmenge fast eine F-14 verloren. Chief Sullivan bietet ihr an, den Vorfall unter den Teppich zu kehren, wenn sie ihm sexuell zu Diensten ist. In ihrer Verzweiflung willigt sie ein, meldet den Vorfall aber. Harm erinnert sich, dass Sullivan schon einmal trotz des Vorwurfs sexueller Belästigung ungeschoren davonkam.
