Kitty plans a surprise birthday party for Hyde's 18th birthday. She recruits Jackie and Fez as decorators because of their feminine creativity (much to Donna's annoyance). Eric, Donna, and Kelso decide to steal a street sign for Hyde's present. But Hyde doesn't want to celebrate because he thinks this means he'll have to move out of the Formans' house.

Hyde wird bald 18. Das letzte, was er sich wünscht, ist allerdings eine von Kittys Überraschungspartys. Natürlich bekommt er mit, dass sie genau solch eine Feier plant. Alle legen sich mächtig ins Zeug, um dem Geburtstagsmuffel eine Freude zu machen, doch der lässt sich nicht erweichen. Als die Party schließlich sogar ohne den Hauptgast stattfindet, bedarf es eines Gespräches von Mann zu Mann, um Hyde umzustimmen. Wer könnte das besser als Red?

Pendant ce temps, Kelso, Donna et Eric partent à la recherche du cadeau parfait pour leur ami et décident de cambrioler un panneau de signalisation. Hyde a peur de ses 18 ans parce qu'il craint que les Forman ne l'expulsent de chez eux. Il s'en ouvre alors à Léo et à Red.
