Team One must resolve a standoff at a seedy motel with a fugitive who has shot two police officers and taken a teenager, Paul Wilder, hostage. At first, Paul seems like a good kid in a bad situation, but as the team digs deeper it uncovers chilling secrets that reveal Paul is far from innocent. What began as a standoff ends as a desperate chase through the city’s sewer system, and it’s up to Parker to stop Paul from making a mistake that will change him forever. Meanwhile, Ed discovers that his cop brother Roy might have been responsible for one of the officers getting shot … and that his wife is, unexpectedly, expecting.

Die SRU muss eine Pattsituation in einem heruntergekommenen Motel mit einem Flüchtigen lösen, der zwei Polizisten erschossen und den Teenager, Paul Wilder, als Geisel genommen hat. Un homme armé fuit une scène de crime à bord d'une voiture. Lorsqu'il est victime d'un accident de la circulation, il s'empare d'un autre véhicule, à bord duquel se trouve un bébé. Bientôt, le fugitif se réfugie dans une chambre de motel et s'y enferme, prenant en otage un adolescent en plus du nourrisson. C'est là qu'intervient l'unité de réponse stratégique. Il s'agit de négocier la reddition du preneur d'otages et d'assurer la sécurité de ses deux prisonniers. Les négociations s'engagent, et le criminel finit par acccepter de relâcher le bébé. Mais l'affaire est loin d'être réglée...

La Squadra Uno deve risolvere una situazione di stallo in uno squallido motel con un fuggitivo che ha sparato a due agenti di polizia e preso in ostaggio un adolescente, Paul Wilder.
