Barry and Iris greet their future children, XS and Bart, only for a shocking secret to threaten their new familial harmony. Meanwhile, the Godspeed war intensifies and threatens to destroy Central City.

Nora und Bart alias XS und Impulse verfolgen Godspeed in die Vergangenheit. Im Labor von Team Flash erfahren die beiden Kinder von Iris und Barry, dass sich der bewusstlose Original-Godspeed August Heart an nichts erinnern kann und auch seine Geschwindigkeit verloren hat. Allerdings befinden sich seine Klone noch immer in der Stadt und sorgen dort für Chaos und Zerstörung.
