In dieser mittlerweile dritten Fortsetzung des französischen Actionhits “Taxi” geht es wieder einmal um einen Taxifahrer und einen Polizisten, die in Marseille ihr Unwesen treiben. Der “Belgier”, ein in ganz Europa bekannter Straftäter, wird unter Aufsicht von Commissaire Gibert von der Polizei von Marseille in Gewahrsam genommen. Emilien und seine Kollegen sollen so lange auf ihn aufpassen, bis er an den Kongo ausgeliefert werden kann. Doch bereits nach kurzer Zeit macht die berühmt-berüchtigte Polizeistation ihrem chaotischen Ruf alle Ehre. Mit einem einfachen Trick lässt sich der leichtgläubige Emilien übertölpeln und setzt den Straftäter kurzerhand auf freien Fuß. Als der Irrtum auffliegt wird Emilien gefeuert und ist auf sich allein gestellt. Nicht ganz, denn er bittet seinen Freund, den Taxifahrer Daniel, um seine Hilfe. Zusammen nehmen sie die Spur des Belgiers wieder auf und stürzen sich in eine spannende und irr-witzige Verfolgungsjagd.
