Warwick Ashley Davis is an English actor, television presenter, writer, director, comedian, and producer. He played the title characters in Willow and the Leprechaun film series, the Ewok Wicket in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and Professor Filius Flitwick and Griphook in the Harry Potter films. Warwick Davis ist ein englischer Schauspieler, Fernsehmoderator, Regisseur, Autor und Produzent. Er wurde am 3. Februar 1970 in Epsom, Surrey, England, geboren. Davis leidet seit seiner Geburt an einer seltenen Form von Kleinwüchsigkeit, die als spondyloepiphysäre Dysplasie congenita (SED) bekannt ist. Er ist bekannt für seine Rollen als Wicket der Ewok in “Star Wars: Episode VI – Die Rückkehr der Jedi-Ritter”, Professor Filius Flitwick und Griphook in den “Harry Potter”-Filmen sowie die Titelrolle in "Willow". Darüber hinaus spielte er in der Sitcom “Life’s Too Short” mit und hat in vielen weiteren Filmen, TV-Shows und Bühnenproduktionen mitgewirkt.
