Luke Hull is a British production designer. He studied on the Production Design MA programme at the National Film and Television School (NFTS), graduating in 2010. Early in his career, he worked in the art department on commercials and short films. Hull's early work included service on larger-scale productions in roles such as art director, where he collaborated with established designers such as Gemma Jackson on titles like King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017). He first made a significant leap as production designer on the critically acclaimed miniseries Chernobyl (2019). His design work on Chernobyl earned him the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Period or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More) in 2019. Following that, Hull served as production designer on the Andor series (2022). His work on Andor also earned him further accolades, including a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Period or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More) in 2025.
