Barry Keoghan (born 18 October 1992) is an Irish actor. He has appeared in the films Dunkirk; The Killing of a Sacred Deer, for which he won an Irish Film and Television Award for Best Supporting Actor and was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male; and Calm with Horses, for which he was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, and the RTÉ drama Love/Hate. He also played Druig in Eternals and the Joker in The Batman.

Barry Keoghan (* 17. Oktober 1992 in Dublin) ist ein irischer Schauspieler. Keoghan tritt seit 2011 als Schauspieler in Film und Fernsehen in Erscheinung. Bekannt wurde er durch die Rollen in den Filmen ’71, Trespass Against Us und Norfolk. 2017 wurde Keoghan für den IFTA Award nominiert. Größere Bekanntheit erlangte er im selben Jahr durch die Darstellung von George Mills in Christopher Nolans historischem Kriegsfilm Dunkirk sowie von Martin im Thriller The Killing of a Sacred Deer.

Né dans le quartier populaire de Summerhill, Barry Keoghan raconte avoir passé une enfance difficile à Dublin. Avec son frère, il a été placé pendant cinq ans en famille d'accueil avant d'être élevé, à partir de ses dix ans, par sa grand-mère et sa tante. Après des débuts dans des courts métrages et des petits rôles dans des films indépendants, Barry Keoghan se révèle en 2013 dans la quatrième saison de la série télévisée Love/Hate, diffusée sur la RTE. Il y incarne Wayne, un adolescent désœuvré. En 2015, Barry Keoghan fait partie de la sélection Stars of Tomorrow établie chaque année par le magazine Screen International, en lien avec des professionnels du cinéma britannique. L'année 2016 marque un tournant dans sa jeune carrière d'acteur. Il remporte l'ADIFF Discovery Award7, au Festival international du film de Dublin, pour son rôle dans le film Mammal de Rebecca Daly. Barry Keoghan est ensuite recruté par Christopher Nolan pour jouer dans Dunkerque, film consacré à l'Opération Dynamo de mai/juin 1940, pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, fin juillet 2016, Barry Keoghan enchaîne immédiatement un autre tournage à Cincinnati, aux États-Unis : celui de Mise à mort du cerf sacré, sous la direction du cinéaste grec Yorgos Lanthimos.
