Richard Scott Harmon (born August 18, 1991) is a Canadian actor best known for his role as John Murphy in CW's The 100. Harmon is also known for his roles as Jasper Ames in the The Killing and Julian Randol on Continuum. Harmon received critical praise for his role in the movie If I Had Wings.

Er stammt aus einer Künstlerfamilie: Sein Vater ist der Regisseur Allan Harmon, seine Mutter die Produzentin Cynde Harmon, und seine Schwester Jessica Harmon ist ebenfalls Schauspielerin. Sein Schauspieldebüt gab Harmon 2003 in der Serie Jeremiah – Krieger des Donners. Bekannt wurde er durch Rollen in TV-Serien wie The Killing (Jasper Ames, 2011–2012), Continuum (Julian Randol, 2012–2015) und vor allem als John Murphy in der Science-Fiction-Serie The 100 (2014–2020), wo er ab der dritten Staffel zum Hauptcast gehörte. Im Film trat er unter anderem als Hauptdarsteller in If I Had Wings (2013) auf und spielte 2025 in Final Destination: Bloodlines.
