Julia Vignali (born 13 July 1975) is a French actress and television presenter. After studying at commerce at the Grenoble School of Management, Julia Vignali briefly worked for the marketing service of Polydor Records at Universal Music, before appearing in several advertisements. From 2010 to 2012, she presented the weather at La Matinale on Canal+ and then presented Les Maternelles on France 5. She left the program three years later at the end of the 2015 season, replaced by Sidonie Bonnec. The same year, she joined the program C à vous on the same channel, where she is a replacing columnist, while Anne-Elizabeth Lemoine occasionally presents the program. In September 2016, she is a columnist in the new radio program of Alessandra Sublet titled La Cour des grands and broadcast in the late afternoon on Europe 1. In October 2016, she joined TF1 to present with Laurent Mariotte the morning program #WEEKEND broadcast on every Saturday. In October 2017, she replaced Faustine Bollaert on presenting the pastry contest Le Meilleur Pâtissier on M6 with Cyril Lignac and Mercotte. That same year, she participated at the special program 40 ans du Puy du Fou: Les animateurs font le spectacle, in which she portrayed one of the dancers fom the show Mousquetaire de Richelieu. On 22 October 2018, she presented at the second part of the evening on M6 a dating program titled Mon admirateur secret. On 30 December 2018, she co-hosted at the first part of the evening on M6 with Ophélie Meunier a retrospective of the year titled Ils ont fait 2018. In 2021, she announced that she left the channel M6 to focus on film activities and also productions. She announced ending the presentation of Le Meilleur Pâtissier and Mon admirateur secret. In May 2021, France 2 finally announced the arrival of Julia Vignali for September. Since 23 August 2021, she presents from Monday to Thursday with Thomas Sotto the morning program Télématin. Julia Vignali was born in Paris to Italian parents from Parma in the region of Emilia-Romagna. She is the mother of a boy named Luigi. She married in 2012 a screenwriter named Julien, with whom she has a son. They separated in 2014. In February 2016, she and Kad Merad officialize their relationship at the ceremony of the Magritte Awards in Belgium. Julia Vignali, née le 13 juillet 1975 à Paris, est une actrice, animatrice et chroniqueuse audiovisuelle française. Elle coprésente depuis août 2021 avec Thomas Sotto le magazine matinal Télématin sur France 2 du lundi au jeudi dès 6h30. Julia Vignali naît le 13 juillet 1975 à Paris. Elle tient son nom de son grand-père originaire de la région de Parme et arrivé en France vers l'âge de 10 ans. Après avoir fait ses études à l'École supérieure de commerce de Grenoble, elle travaille brièvement pour le service marketing de Polydor, au sein d'Universal Music. Elle débute à la télévision sur MCM en 1997 avant d'apparaître dans diverses publicités. En 2000, elle passe une audition pour être speakerine sur la chaîne Comédie! sans succès. En parallèle de ses activités d'animatrice, elle est également comédienne et fait des apparitions dans des séries télévisées telles que La Vie devant nous (TF1), Avocats et Associés (France 2) et tient le rôle récurrent d'Audrey dans Seconde Chance (TF1) en 2008-2009. Elle joue également au théâtre en 2003 dans la pièce Show Biz d'Erwan Larher. De 2010 à 2012, elle présente la météo de La Matinale de Canal+, avant de se voir confier la présentation des Maternelles, sur France 5, prenant la succession de Daphné Bürki. Elle quitte la présentation de cette émission trois ans après, à la fin de la saison 2015, remplacée par Sidonie Bonnec puis l'émission C à vous, où elle est l'une des chroniqueuses remplaçantes. En 2016-2017, elle est chroniqueuse dans La Cour des grands, l'émission d'Alessandra Sublet, diffusée de 16 h à 18 h sur Europe 1. En octobre 2016, Julia Vignali rejoint TF1 et présente aux côtés de Laurent Mariotte, la matinale du samedi dans l'émission #WEEKEND tous les samedis à 10 h 35. À partir de la rentrée 2017, elle remplace Faustine Bollaert à l'animation de l'émission Le Meilleur Pâtissier sur M6 aux côtés de Cyril Lignac et Mercotte. En 2021, elle annonce qu'elle quitte la chaîne M6 pour se consacrer à des activités cinématographiques, mais également de productions. Elle annonce arrêter la présentation des émissions Le Meilleur Pâtissier et Mon Admirateur secret. Le 1er mai 2021, France 2 annonce son arrivée et à partir du 23 août 2021, du lundi au jeudi, elle anime avec Thomas Sotto la matinale de Télématin en remplacement de Laurent Bignolas. Compagne de Julien, scénariste, elle l'épouse en 2012, ils ont un fils, Luigi. Le couple se sépare en 2014. En février 2016, Julia Vignali et Kad Merad médiatisent leur relation en apparaissant ensemble lors de la cérémonie des Magritte du cinéma en Belgique.
