Ric Roman Waugh (born February 20, 1968) is an American film director, writer, producer, actor, and former stuntman. He is known for his work in Felon (2008), Snitch (2013), and Shot Caller (2017). He wrote and directed Angel Has Fallen (2019), the third installment in the Has Fallen series and will write and direct Night Has Fallen, the fourth installment in the Has Fallen series.

Ric Roman Waugh, né le 20 février 1968, est un réalisateur et scénariste, occasionnellement producteur et ancien cascadeur américain. Né en 1968 à Los Angeles, Ric Roman Waugh commence sa carrière en tant que cascadeur sur une grande variété de films virils, dont plusieurs titres incontournables (L'Arme fatale 2, Tango & Cash, Total Recall, Le Dernier des Mohicans, The Crow, 60 secondes chrono, etc.). Ses premiers pas derrière la caméra doivent attendre l'année 1996, avec le thriller Exit : un effort soldé par une sortie en vidéo, mais qu'il réitère en 2003 avec L'Ultime cascade, dont il signe également le scénario. Cinq ans plus tard, le cinéaste présente Felon, un film de prison emmené par Val Kilmer et Stephen Dorff. Sa troisième réalisation, le musclé Infiltré (2013), voit Dwayne Johnson infiltrer un redoutable cartel de drogue pour obtenir une réduction de peine à son fils condamné.
