Two secretaries on holiday from Arizona attempt to steal a man's wallet and ATM pin number in a scam, and wind up dead in different locations. Meanwhile, the CSI team also investigates a disturbing medical mystery involving the dumping of human organs in a wildlife refuge.

Le corps d'une belle jeune femme est découvert dans un hôtel de Las Vegas. Les caméras de surveillance permettent d'établir qu'elle avait passé la soirée avec une autre fille dans le casino voisin. Or, le corps de cette dernière est bientôt découvert sous un lit, dans le même hôtel. Catherine comprend vite que les deux femmes escroquaient des hommes. Parallèlement, l'enquête sur le mystérieux Dr Jeckyll avance.
