Dans l'obscurité
Un enfant de 5 ans et sa nourrice ont été enlevés en fin de soirée au domicile du petit. Les experts trouvent des traces de sang sur son lit ainsi qu'une empreinte. Le père de l'enfant dormait au moment du drame. L'affaire se complique lorsqu'une gigantesque panne électrique provoquée par un orage plonge le Nevada dans le noir. Les experts doivent donc travailler à l'ancienne ce que ralentit l'enquête.
