Brenda finds a young couple involved to in the investigation by accident after finding two people dead outside in the street Brenda has no idea that the DA is watching her every move Capitan Raydor and Chief Pope find out who the leak is.

Brenda revient d'Atlanta après l'enterrement de sa mère. Sans profiter de son congé, elle reprend du service avec trois semaines d'avance et découvre qu'elle aura désormais pour supérieur le commandant Taylor. Pendant ce temps, le capitaine Raydor a démasqué la taupe qui a fourni de précieuses informations à l'avocat Peter Goldmann, qui défend les intérêts de la famille Baylor. Brenda prend également part à l'enquête en cours. Dany Chaidez, un jeune agent de sécurité, a été abattu durant sa patrouille d'une balle en pleine tête par son assassin. L'homme, dont le casier est vierge, est un héros de guerre...
