Les experts sont appelés à l'hôtel Ember, où un corps a été découvert dans un bungalow. La victime, un «escort boy», louait ce bungalow pour y recevoir ses clientes, des femmes en mal d'affection. En examinant les lieux, Delko découvre une fuite de propane inodore au niveau de la cheminée à gaz. Calleigh et lui réchappent de justesse de l'explosion qui se déclenche tout de suite après....
