Mike Shannon brings in a young boy who makes a confession to Sorenson. Sipowicz worries about his up-coming court appearance facing Sinclair. ADA Costas takes care of him. Dolores father attends the court hearing.

Andy se prépare à une confrontation avec Sinclair tandis que de son côté, John Irvin rencontre Jimmy Mayo, mais ce dernier semble très préoccupé... L'officier Shannon confie son inquiétude à Sorenson, au sujet d'un petit garçon de treize ans qui semble terrorisé et qui refuse de parler. Lorsqu'il accepte enfin de se confier, l'adolescent raconte qu'il a été victime d'attouchements, ce qui perturbe beaucoup Sorenson. Comme le policier paraît très énervé, Fancy demande à Medavoy et Martinez d'assister à l'interrogatoire de l'abuseur présumé, et ce dernier ne tarde pas à confesser son vice...
