Lindsay, Stella, and Mac are on the case of a dead ADA, who they discover, is involved in a "kill war" with water guns. Meanwhile, Danny and Hawkes investigate the murder of a young lady who had a penchant for suing restaurants and taking them for all they are worth.

Lindsay, Stella und Mac untersuchen den Fall eines toten Staatsanwalts, von dem sie herausfinden, dass er in einen "Kill War" mit Wasserpistolen verwickelt war. L'assistant du procureur est retrouvé mort dans un cimetière. Les détectives découvrent bientôt que celui-ci avait participé à un jeu dans lequel les concurrents s'éliminent les uns les autres en se "tuant" avec des pistolets à eau. Stella, Lindsay et Mac mènent l'enquête pour tenter d'élucider ce meurtre pour le moins étrange.
