Frank, qui transporte un colis, se rend compte que les forces de police sont à ses trousses. Faisant fi des règles qu'il a édictées, il ouvre le paquet et découvre qu'il transporte un coeur volé, destiné à une greffe pour un garçon mourant. Frank se retrouve face à un dilemme lorsqu'il prend connaissance de l'identité de son client, le chef d'un gang criminel qui a volé ce coeur pour sauver son propre fils. Doit-il honorer son contrat en livrant malgré tout le colis ou doit-il ramener le coeur à son destinataire initial ?...
