As he's waiting for his package to be delivered in a Toronto parking lot, Frank finds himself faced with a series of strange coincidences. He understands he fell into a trap when the police throws him in jail, accusing him of a crime he didn't commit. His imprisonment is supposed to allow to get a very protected package out of the prison walls: the hand of a mob boss who's just been murdered...

Frank attend patiemment la livraison de son colis sur un parking à Toronto. Soudain, il se trouve confronté à une étrange série de coïncidences. Il réalise qu'il est tombé dans un piège lorsque la police le jette derrière les barreaux et l'accuse d'un crime qu'il n'a pourtant pas commis. Frank découvre ainsi sa mission : son incarcération doit lui permettre de faire sortir de la prison un colis hautement protégé. A sa grande surprise, le paquet renferme une main, celle d'un parrain de la pègre, qui vient tout juste d'être assassiné...
