Frank reçoit la visite de Tommy, un vieux camarade de l’armée. Celui-ci le supplie de venir en aide à Rob, leur ancien capitaine, affecté depuis en Lybie. Cela fait plusieurs jours que Rob n’a plus donné signe de vie sans que le MI6 dont il fait partie ne semble s’en préoccuper... Quand Frank arrive sur place, il se rend vite compte que Rob était au centre d’une bien sombre affaire...
