Frank and Caterina have to rescue her ex-fiancé, Zac, from a Mauritanian warlord. However Zac won't leave unless they can take a bus load of orphans that he has been caring for with them.

En Albanie, Frank est contacté par Jérémy Donne, membre d’une association luttant contre la prostitution internationale. Celui-ci s’est fait piéger par un proxénète local : il a passé la nuit avec une jeune fille sans savoir qu’elle était une prostituée. Frank a pour mission d’acheter le silence du proxénète tout en récupérant la robe qui pourrait faire office de preuve contre Donne. Mais l’échange tourne mal et Frank doit fuir. Il l’ignore encore mais, dans le coffre de sa voiture, se cache Klara, une jeune prostituée à la recherche de sa petite sœur enlevée par le réseau. Elle va supplier Frank de lui venir en aide...
