With Tom's family trapped in his house with a bomb, and nothing Tom or the other spooks can do but watch on. There is a huge explosion and the credits begin. However, there is no time to focus on these events as a Serbian warlord has been seen entering the UK vowing revenge for the death of his sons in a NATO bombing raid. Zoe is sent undercover to track him down, and stop any more deaths.

La famille de Tom est toujours prisonnière de sa maison. A tout moment, la bombe peut exploser et Tom ne peut malheureusement rien faire d'autre que de surveiller la demeure, le désarmorçage de l'engin étant purement et simplement impossible. D'autre part, les services secrets britanniques sont sur le qui-vive : un terroriste serbe a été repéré sur le sol britannique. C'est justement l'homme qui a juré de venger les décès de ses fils, morts au cours d'un raid meurtrier organisé par l'OTAN. Zoe est chargée de l'affaire et doit travailler sous couverture pour le traquer et éviter qu'il ne sème la terreur et la mort sur son passage...
