“Space - the final frontier. Final because it wants to kill us.” Trapped on a space station with no oxygen, the Doctor, Bill and Nardole are horrified to discover the automated spacesuits keeping them alive are also trying to kill them!

Der Doktor, Bill und Nardole folgen einem Notruf zur Raumstation Chasm Forge. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Bergbaustation, die Kupfer abbaut. Von den 40 Besatzungsmitgliedern leben bei ihrer Ankunft nur noch vier. Sauerstoff gibt es auf dieser Station nur in den vollautomatischen Anzügen, die teuer und streng limitiert sind. Um alle zu retten, muss der Doktor einen komplizierten Plan aushecken und einen hohen Preis bezahlen.
