'Twas the Fight Before Christmas...
Now that Santa and Mrs. Claus have the North Pole running smoothly, the Counsel of Legendary Figures has called an emergency meeting on Christmas Eve! The evil Jack Frost has been making trouble, looking to take over the holiday! So he launches a plan to sabotage the toy factory and compel Scott to invoke the little-known Escape Clause and wish he'd never become Santa.

Scott Calvin stellt nun schon seit 12 Jahren den Santa Claus da, der allen Kindern auf der Welt, zum Weihnachtsabend, die Geschenke ins Haus bringt. Doch dieses Jahr könnte alles anders werden, denn unter den Sagenfiguren hat sich ein Neider rausgestellt: Jack Frost, besser bekannt als "Väterchen Frost". Jack will auch endlich mal zu den Ehren kommen, wie sein dickbäuchiger "Kollege" im roten Mantel. Also schmiedet er einen perfiden Plan, mit dem er Santa in eine Falle lockt und dieser ungewollt von der sogenannten "Ausstiegsklausel" gebrauch macht und somit plötzlich niemals Santa Claus gewesen ist. Derweil reist sich Jack den Job unter den Nagel. Doch Scott setzt alles daran, Jacks Pläne zu durchkreuzen...

Ma Babbo Natale confuso e disperato anche per la visita della sua ex-moglie e dei suoceri si spaccia per un giocattolaio in Canada insieme ai suoi gnomi facendoli passare per bambini-giocattolai canadesi. Ma il malvagio Jack Brina trama per il posto di Babbo Natale e con un inganno riesce a impossessarsi della pallina di neve di Babbo Natale, facendogli dire:"Non voglio essere più Babbo Natale" e insieme si ritrovano alla notte in cui Scott divenne Santa Claus, riesce ad indossare il vestito e diventa Santa Claus. Il vero Santa Claus invece si ritrova intrappolato in un futuro alternativo in cui lavora in ufficio senza l'ombra di un qualche rapporto sentimentale. Dopo qualche minuto, chiede ad un suo assistente che cosa ne è stato della sua famiglia, ed egli gli risponde che lui non ne parla mai. Ritorna a casa e scopre però che il Polo Nord non è diventato altro che una noiosa fabbrica di giocattoli anche molto costosi.

The Santa Clause is a 1994 American fantasy comedy film starring Tim Allen as Scott Calvin who must become Santa after accidentally causing Santa to fall to his death per the "Santa Clause". The film was followed by two sequels, The Santa Clause 2: The Mrs. Clause (2002) and The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause (2006). The "Mrs. Clause" stipulates that only married men can become Santa; should a single man be subject to the "Santa Clause" he must find a bride within eight years of his first assuming the new job as Santa. The "Escape Clause" stipulates if Santa holds a globe and says "I wish I'd never been Santa at all" will send him back in time and undoing his career as Santa. Jack Frost arrives and is in trouble and tries to trick Santa into renouncing his position.
