Joshua Ilan Gad (born February 23, 1981) is an American actor. He is known for voicing Olaf in the Frozen franchise and originating the role of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon. For his role as Olaf, Gad won two Annie Awards, and for his work in The Book of Mormon, he co-won a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. Gad was also nominated for the 2011 Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical.

Josh Gad ist ein amerikanischer Schauspieler, Komiker und Sänger, der am 23. Februar 1981 in Hollywood, Florida, geboren wurde. Er ist bekannt für seine vielseitigen Rollen in Theater, Film und Fernsehen. Gad studierte an der Carnegie Mellon University und begann seine Karriere im Theater, wo er 2005 in der Broadway-Produktion The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee debütierte. Seinen Durchbruch erlangte er 2011 als Elder Arnold Cunningham in dem Broadway-Musical The Book of Mormon, für das er eine Tony-Nominierung erhielt und einen Grammy Award gewann.
