Shannon Mills is a sound designer and supervising sound editor. Originally from Indiana, Shannon Mills began his career in film sound at Skywalker Sound, where he landed a role as Sound Librarian. This opportunity launched him into collaborations with some of the industry's most acclaimed sound professionals, including Christopher Boyes, Gary Rydstrom, Richard Hymns, and George Watters. Mills spent eight years as Gary Rydstrom's trusted associate, honing his craft and developing a keen ear for cinematic sound. Eventually, Shannon branched out to pursue independent projects, continuing to work closely with mentors like Chris Boyes and George Watters.
