La population est sous le choc lorsque les autorités font savoir que les récents meurtres non résolus sont bel et bien l'oeuvre d'un tueur en série. Pour l'instant, aucun indice ne permet de l'identifier. Seul élément tangible : ce psychopathe voue une fascination particulière aux cheveux de ses victimes.
