Surnommé «Happy», l'ancien boxeur Lorenzo Morales est retrouvé mort dans la piscine d'une maison close de la grande périphérie de Las Vegas. La cause du décès est difficile à déterminer. Son porte en effet de nombreuses traces de coups et les blessures sont variées. Lors de l'enquête, les agents découvrent que le personnel de l'établissement n'appréciait pas les manières frustes du boxeur.
