Horatio, Calleigh and Speedle investigate the death of an exotic male dancer found dead after a sexual party, and must dig through the evidence to discover a motive. Meanwhile, Eric and Megan investigate the death of a man involved in diving that mysteriously died after climbing onto a random boat.

Horatio et son équipe enquêtent sur la mort de Noel, un étudiant qui payait ses études en faisant du strip-tease. Le décès est intervenu au cours d'une «fête amazone», partie fine réservée exclusivement aux femmes. Horatio soupçonne un empoisonnement mais il peine à trouver le venin. L'autopsie est formelle : le jeune est décédé de mort naturelle... Parallèlement, Megan et Eric enquêtent sur la mort suspecte d'un plongeur, poignardé dans les eaux profondes...
