Gob stages mass firings after being inadvertently roasted at the Bluth Company Christmas party. Michael is forced to rebuild the Banana Stand, and Buster plays hooky from the Army at an arcade game.

In der Bluth Company geht es wieder einmal drunter und drüber: Gob ist mit seiner neuen Aufgabe als Chef sichtlich überfordert und macht sich bei seinen Angestellten nicht gerade beliebt. Als dann auch noch Michael und Maeby auf der Weihnachtsfeier im Duett das anzügliche Lied „Afternoon Delight“ singen, platzt dem angespannten Gob, der keinen Sinn für Humor hat, endgültig der Kragen und er entlässt kurzerhand die gesamte Belegschaft. Den Brüdern Michael und Gob ist klar, dass es so nicht weitergehen kann, doch wie können sie dem Chaos in der Firma bloß ein Ende setzen?
