Als Adam Halloween lieber mit seiner Freundin Dana als mit seiner Mutter Beverly verbringen will, beschließt die, ihrem Sohn eine Lektion zu erteilen, was die Gefahren dieses Feiertags angeht. Bald bedauert es Adam, Ericas und Barrys Rat gefolgt und in ein Spukhaus gegangen zu sein. Denn jetzt wird von ihm erwartet, dass er noch einmal dort hineingeht, um Danas verlorenen Freundschaftsring zu suchen.

Adam veut fêter Halloween avec sa petite amie sans sa mère. Mais il commet une grossière erreur.

Adam vuole trascorrere del tempo con Dana vestendosi da Alien ed Ellen Ripley per Halloween, mentre Beverly cerca di convincerlo a vestirsi coordinato con lei, come ha sempre fatto. Barry ed Erica convincono Adam a portare Dana in una casa stregata, ma l'attrazione è troppo spaventosa per il giovanotto, tanto da usare la stessa Dana come scudo umano, facendole, però, perdere l'anello che le aveva regalato. Adan chiede ai fratelli di aiutarlo a recuperarlo, ma tutti i tentativi falliscono. Alla fine è Beverly a risolvere la situazione, mentre Adam e Dana vanno a fare dolcetto o scherzetto.
