The staffers pair up as faux couples to score a Valentine's Day discount at a mall. Erin tells Pete that she'll break up with Andy when he returns, but Pete has his doubts. Jim and Pam socialize with the documentary's soundman.

Dernière journée sans chef à la tête du bureau, Andy doit rentrer le lendemain. Tout le monde prend congé, c’est la Saint-Valentin, chacun en profite à sa manière, en couple… Mais… surprise ! Andy arrive un jour plutôt, barbu, hippie, bref, Erin ne trouve pas les mots pour lui dire qu’elle veut le quitter. David vient féliciter la filiale pour ses résultats du trimestre, ne sachant pas qu’Andy n’était pas là. Ce dernier essaie de se mettre à jour mais tout le monde l’embrouille un peu pour lui montrer que c’est un peu facile de revenir après trois mois et de récolter les lauriers.
